Guillaume Bernard

Guillaume joined Studio Fahrenheit in 2021 after 12 years of experience as a project manager engineer in Building Control offices in the Île-de-France region (BatiPlus, Bureau Veritas).

He has worked on numerous, diverse and complex projects from design to completion, including educational facilities, theaters, office buildings, multi-activity real estate complexes, shopping centers, cinemas, hotels, high-rise buildings, and residential buildings.

This experience has enabled him to acquire extensive regulatory knowledge in fire safety and to become an expert in accessibility for people with disabilities. He benefits from a comprehensive understanding of buildings through his broad-based education, mastering other areas such as acoustics, thermal regulations, structural integrity, health and safety regulations, and flood risk prevention regulations.

Guillaume also has significant on-site experience and has participated in the acceptance of numerous projects through inspections conducted by the Fire Brigade and Local Authorities prior to the opening of the establishment.

His versatility and knowledge of construction sites enable Studio Fahrenheit to approach issues from a systemic perspective and provide solutions tailored to the unique context of each building.
